We saw you come , we brought you home, oh JJ you were so beautiful. You gave us love in return. You will live in our hearts forever, our beautiful gentle boy now so tragically and cruelly taken away from us. You left a big void in our hearts, and we'll never stop hurting. We will never forget the joy you brought into our lives and all those who were lucky to have met you, judged you and known you. Your legacy will live on in our hearts and memories and those lucky enough to have one of your babies. Good night and god bless our gentle boy until we meet again.
Mum & Dad xx
As strong as you were, tender you go.
I'm watching you breathing for the last time.
A song for your heart, but when it is quite,
I know what it means and I'll carry you home.
I'll carry you home.
" Carry You Home "- James Blunt
I cannot put into words the loss we all feel, taken tragically in his prime at just under 3 years of age. JJ was such a character, a once in a lifetime cat. He was lucky enough to live with his devoted slaves Tom & Rosemary who spoilt him endlessly. JJ was born by caesarian section on the 27th February 2006 together with his sister and brother. It was love at first sight for Tom & Rosemary. Thanks to you both for loving him and giving him the life that most cats only dream of, yes it was tragically cut short but I know he was so happy. What a shame though that he will not be able to enjoy his beautiful new penthouse that he was due to move into in a couple of days.
Thanks to you both for loving him and living for him.

FOR "JJ"
Words cnnot describe how devastated we were when we heard the terrible news of your tragic death. It's not yet sunk in that we will never see your gorgeous face again. You were a stunning lad, the epitome of the Oriental breed. You were such a loving, gentle boy, in the height of your prime.....why oh why did you have to be taken from us?
You had an impressive show career, your show wins are too numerous to mention, an Imperial Grand Champion title is not an east title to gain, it's a very sad day for the Cat Fancy indeed. You were admired by many, breeders, judges and by many others that had been lucky enough to have met you or known of you.
How lucky you were to have had such devoted and loving slaves during your time here. Your mum and dad adored you and worshipped you. Please watch over them from heaven, they are so terribly lost and empty without you JJ.
You will always remain in our hearts as one of the best examples of your breed nd our hearts goes out to your breeder, Gail, also. The love and devotion she put in when you were a baby helped mould the super boy you turned out to be. It was an honour to have known you and been a part of your life.
Sleep well JJ, until we meet again........

To JJ.........
The shock of hearing of your tragic departure from our lives has left a big void in the Oriental cat world. Never have I known such a loving, handsome boy. You were the apple of your mum and dad's eyes, the creme de la creme of Havanas, a delight for your judges, and all who admired you. You loved the attention and the cuddles. Many shows Mojo cooed to you as you were always penned beside each other. You both made Imperial Grand Champion but you were the best!
You will be missed by many, you were a credit to your breeder and can never be replaced. May your legacy live on in your babies. My heart goes out to your mum and dad who will never forget you, and will meet you at Rainbow Bridge one day.

Words seem very meaningless but my heart breaks out for you both. I know that JJ was much, very much loved. There is at the moment no consolation in the beautiful kittens he has sired and his own fabulous show wins.
That time will eventually ease some of the pain that you are both feeling right now, but his loss will be a sadness that I know you will carry in hearts forever. We are both so very sorry for you.

We are so shocked and sorry to hear about JJ. We know how much he meant to you and what a lovely gentle boy he was. Thanks to him we have our beautiful Tino and his legacy will live on in all the many kittens he sired, that is something to hold on to.
Whenever we take out Tino showing from now on we will keep JJ in mind, it is because of him we are there in the first place, we hope Tino can do him proud. Love to you both at this difficult time.

I am so very shocked and saddened to see the news on your website. Please accept my most heartfelt sympathy for the loss of your beautiful JJ. I saw many times from being beside him at the shows, the love that clearly emanated between JJ and yourselves.
Such a handsome gentle lad, he will be missed and remembered by many who were privileged to have known him.
You are both in my thoughts.

If we are fortunate, there comes into our lives the honour of sharing our home and our lives with a cat of outstanding beauty and wonderful temperament. He was a joy behold and he was admired by all who saw him for his great character.
What a shock to hear how his young life was so tragically cut short. Our thoughts and prayers are with Rosemary and Tom at this devastating time. He will live on in your hearts forever.

I was on your site today and I just could not beleive it when I saw that you have lost JJ. I am so very sorry, what a gorgeous, lovely, gentle boy he was, always looking the real star. A credit to you both. His temperament, especially being a stud boy was fantastic, he was a great ambassador for his breed. I feel he certainly passed on all of his special qualities to his daughter "M" and she also does to her babies.
Each one of our cats hold a very special place in our hearts and always will.
Thinking of you,

We cannot express how sorry John and I are to hear such awful news. We never met JJ but Jasper and Boris are a credit to you both, JJ and Tamsin, their temperaments are wonderful and we are extremely pleased with them both. Well JJ will live on in his proginy and hopefully Boris will be a star like his dad.
Will see you at the Shropshire show I hope, if not will ring you when you are up to it. Hope new babies are ok.

I'm so sorry and shocked to hear today about the loss of your wonderful boy JJ. I know how very much he meant to both of you and how I used to admire him at the shows as I took photos for Cat Planet. I took which was probably the last photo of JJ at the Trans Pennine in Stockport in December on Tom's shoulder. He was a wonderful example of the breed and I know that everyone that met him fell in love with him. Nothing anyone can say will make you feel any better, I know that only time will heal but you will never forget. You will meet again on the other side. I am sure of that but for now rest in peace JJ and i am thinking of you both Tom & Rosemary at this very sad time.
Take Care

How very sorry we are to hear that you have lost your beloved JJ so suddenly and tragically. We saw and admired JJ many times at the shows and he was one of them boys who always turned heads and was admired by many. It was always very obvious that he was very much loved by you both as you were always very proud of him. he was an excellent example of his breed and had a very loving laid back temperament to match. Hopefully his legacy will live on for you both in the beautiful kittens he has sired for you.
Our hearts and thoughts are with you both at this very sad time.

I was so very sad to hear about JJ. In this cat world of ours all are special but every now and then, one comes along that takes your heart. I once had such a cat and know the pain you are feeling. I know we should not think of our cats as babies but we do. I thought this poem by Edgar Guest may help you as it did me at the time.

I'LL LEND YOU A CHILD
I'll lend you for a little while a child of mine he said
For you to love while he lives and mourn for when he's dead
It may be six or seven years or twenty two or three
But will you, till I call him back take care of him for me?
He'll bring you smiles to gladden you
And should his stay be brief
You'll have his lovely memories as solace for your grief
I've looked this whole world over in search of teachers true
And from the throngs that crowd life's lanes, I have chosen you
Now will you give him all your love nor count the labour vain
Or hate me when I come to call and take him back again
I fancied that i heard them say, Dear Lord thy will be done
For all the joy that he will bring the risk of grief we'll run
We'll shelter him with tenderness and love him while we may
And for the happiness we've known, forever grateful stay
But should the angels call for him
Much sooner than we planned
We'll brave the bitter grief that comes
And try to understand
Just to let you know that I am thinking of you at this sad time.
JJ was a wonderful cat and you are special people in the cat fancy.
Kindest Regards

It is with a tear that I write now, having discovered the awful news about JJ.
Words offer little comfort I know, but the connection between you was remarkable , he loved you very much. JJ lives on in his babies, including Willie and Ollie and we hope you can take some comfort from that.
